Innovative Uses of Tea Leaves in the Kitchen
While stewing beef, add one or two bags of black tea along with the flavoring. The beef will cook faster and taste better. If a pot or pan retains the smell after being used to cook seafood, boil a few tea leaves in the pot or wipe it with used tea leaves. You will find the smell gone before you know it.
